We are pleased to announce NHLSA's 55th Annual Meeting & Equipment Show. Please read the full details in the brochure located below:
In addition to registering, please fill out the following form for each person attending seminar workshops. This can be completed before or after registration.

First and foremost - the deadlines: November 8th is the Early Bird registration deadline for Full Registration (both days), for both the Professional Track and Technical Track. The final guaranteed deadline is November 22nd. Although the hotel will be prepared to serve and seat 5% over the initial guaranteed number, registering before the deadline will also avoid the $50 late fee!
To take advantage of the 20% discount for 5 or more employees of the same company, please register everyone together in one website order. On the payment screen, choose the Bypass Payment option. You can then either pay by check, or Barbara will send an invoice containing a link to pay the discounted amount.
Update as of Tuesday, 11/5:
The Shoreland class, Session 11, has been cancelled. Session 7 will continue through that hour, from 9:00am-11:15am, with a break in between. Session 7 was also approved for DES credits.
Other items to note:
- Breakfast and Breaks – Thursday is in the Assembly, and Friday is in the Armory. Some members were unsure last year of where the coffee was on Friday.
- Overnight rooms – The deadline to register for an overnight room is November 13th, there is also a link for ease of registering. See page 19.
- Also on page 19, is hopefully better clarification on Parking.
- The CST exam will be held on Friday from 8am-noon. The deadline to register for this is November 29th. For full details, see page 10.
- The Past Presidents Breakfast group photo will be taken at 7:50am SHARP! See page 9.
- DES has been generous in approving our sessions this year. See page 8.
- The cash bar will open at 4pm (in the Penstock room) with the beginning of the Annual Business Meeting in the Pemigewasset room, and the reception with the Live Auction will be held from 6-7pm in the Penstock room.
- Please consider donating an item to our Live and Silent auctions, which benefits the Foundation Scholarship Fund. We appreciate your support!
- We’re looking forward to hearing from some of our members with the Live Entertainment, JD and the Stonemasons.
- Please review the two-page registration carefully as there is a lot of information there. Thursday & Friday Lunch tickets (includes breakfast and breaks) are for those who are not registered and attend to network and/or attend the Equipment Show. Banquet tickets are for those who are not registered for the day, or a guest of a registered member.
- If you don’t plan to attend any of the meals, please note N/A on which one(s).
