NHLSA, Eric Salovitch, and Ryan Fowler have scheduled the New Hampshire Surveyor’s Legal Aspects Exam preparation class on two Saturdays on September 6^th and September 20^th.

This two-day workshop is designed to assist those taking the NH portion of the Surveyor’s Board Licensure exam. Topics covered include client contact, research, boundary interpretation, subdivisions, problem solving, NH statutes and administrative rules. Bring a notebook, pencils, and a protractor scale to class. If you haven’t yet purchased NH Statutes Relating to Surveying and Boundaries and NH Case Law Relating to Surveying and Boundaries, these two books will be available for sale at a discounted cost of $50 for both.

The classes will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm. (registration begins at 8:00 a.m.) at the Office of James Verra Associates, 100 Griffin Road Unit C, Portsmouth, NH. We have a limit of 20 students, and a waiting list will be created. If you’re a member of your state society, we invite you to attend at the member rate. The cost includes lunch.
