First and foremost - the deadlines: November 6th is the Early Bird registration deadline for Full Registration (both days), for both the Professional Track and Technical Track. The final guaranteed deadline is November 20th. The hotel will be prepared to serve and seat 5% over the initial guaranteed number, keep in mind when registering before the deadline, to also avoid the $50 late fee!

Please read carefully! There is a lot of information in the brochure. The most important piece of information to be clear on is registration.

• Meals: Typically, our banquet includes a choice, and some members have not picked their choice. This year, we are having a buffet, which doesn’t require a choice, but if you DON’T plan to attend the banquet and entertainment, please answer No to the banquet attendance question. This way, we are not wasting meals. What you DO NEED TO DO is pick a lunch. Both days have the same choices with the exception of Thursday being a turkey sandwich, and Friday being a chicken sandwich. In addition, please be advised of any special meal requests, e.g., vegetarian, gluten free, etc., when you RSVP. Thursday and Friday lunch tickets are only for those who aren’t registering for the event, such as networking, or visiting the exhibit hall and want to eat.
• Professional vs. Technical Track: In order to get more young professionals involved and at a lower cost, this year the Annual Meeting Committee worked hard at developing a two-tier track. Although licensed individuals are welcome to attend any technical track, the cost has been developed with the technician in mind, therefore, the Technician Track is priced for technicians, and the Professional Track is priced for licensed surveyors. Please register accordingly.
• Registration: To push the technicians to utilize the website, as well as all members, the Early Bird registration for technicians will be by website only. Licensed professionals are also encouraged to register via the website, but if you do send a check, your registration must be postmarked no later than November 6th.
• Hotel Overnight rooms: The deadline to register for an overnight room is November 16th.
• Reception & Live Auction: The Live Auction will be during the reception. Please use the above link for the pledge form, or you can print it from page 20 of the brochure and bring it along with your item(s) to the registration table.
• Live Entertainment: We’re excited this year to bring back some entertainment for all to enjoy.
• Exhibit Hall: The Committee will continue to work on filling the remaining booths. If you know of a company that you would like to see at our event, let Barbara know at [email protected] and she will pass it on. We are thrilled to welcome back our past exhibitors, but always look forward to seeing any new vendors.
• Sponsors: We are grateful to our sponsors for helping to defray some of the costs.
• Certified Survey Technician Program: We’re are delighted to offer the CST exam on Friday, for those who are interested in becoming certified.
• Speakers: We want to thank all of our speakers for joining us this year and sharing their time and knowledge with our members and guests.
